One of my favorite collaborations, Cart Cruisin' with Amy was an idea from Amy Rogers to host a different kind of interview with Tour players, in which she would talk casually with them while driving them in a golf cart. She needed an intro for the show, with an illustrated character and music, and wanted a mid-century modern / Jetsons and Bewitched-era theme. The initial sketch of Amy and her cart was done by a fellow illustrator and colleague, and music to fit the theme was selected by two other colleagues. I vectorized, colorized, and built the illustration in layers ready for animation, and another creative person animated the scene.
We won two Telly Awards, one for the character illustration and the other for the intro.
